Charities and op shops are a core source of our stock. We buy raw donated clothing from them directly at volume, by weight, including in bales, both in bulk from charities and from individual charity stores.
Sorting is done through a contracted team, and stock is graded against an approved brand list for resale. Items we can’t resell largely go back to charity through donation bins.
