Enquire
Email us, or use the enquiry form, to tell us the type of clothing, an approximate volume, where it is and whether you’d like freight arranged.
Agree
We review the details, ask any questions, confirm whether the stock suits our channels and agree the terms with you.
Freight
Stock is sent to us. Where it suits, we can arrange freight from anywhere in Australia. We don’t collect on site.
Grade & resell
Items are graded against our approved brand list and sold online. What can’t be resold largely goes back to charity through donation bins.

Do we need to sort anything first?
No. We work with raw donated clothing, with sorting done through a contracted team.
Do you collect on site?
No. We don’t collect on site, but we can arrange freight for stock to be sent to us from anywhere in Australia.
How is stock purchased?
Our stock is raw donated clothing, bought by weight. Tell us about yours and we’ll confirm whether it suits and what the terms would be.
What happens to items that can’t be resold?
They largely go back to charity through donation bins, and some are passed on through community connections.
